1. Who operates tours.photo

tours.photo is operated by Photography Workshops PhotoWorldTours SLU (CIF B10657419, License C.A.A.405), Los Cubos 25, Barbastro, 22300, Spain. You can reach us at info@tours.photo.

2. What tours.photo is

tours.photo is a discovery platform for photography journeys. We list tours organized by independent photographers, guides and travel agencies ("operators") so photographers can find them. Unless stated otherwise, tours.photo is not the tour operator for the trips listed here — the operator named on each tour page is legally responsible for organizing it, honoring its price and conditions, and handling your booking.

Booking currently happens directly with the operator, not on tours.photo. tours.photo does not process payments and is not a party to the contract between you and the operator.

3. Accuracy of listings

We do our best to keep prices, dates and availability accurate and to check them regularly against the operator's own page (each tour shows when it was last checked). Even so, this information can change without notice. Always confirm final price, dates and availability directly with the operator before booking.

4. Hosting a tour

Photographers and agencies can apply to list tours via the Host a Tour form. Submitting an application does not guarantee publication — every submission is reviewed, and we may decline or remove a listing at our discretion (for example, if we can't verify the operator's legitimacy, or the listing doesn't meet our accuracy standards). The current free-listing allowance is described on the Host a Tour page and may change as tours.photo develops.

5. Intellectual property

Photographs, itineraries and descriptions shown for each tour belong to their respective operator or photographer and are used with their association to tours.photo as an operator on the platform. The tours.photo name, logo and site design belong to Photography Workshops PhotoWorldTours SLU.

6. Liability

tours.photo provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the performance of any tour, for cancellations, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from a booking made with an operator — those are governed by your agreement with that operator.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as tours.photo evolves (for example, once real booking or payments are introduced). We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
